Jessica Klein

I am a graduating medical student at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine (VUSM) with over a decade of tutoring experience across a wide range of subjects. I began tutoring elementary school students in my community while I was still in middle school and continued through high school, working with middle and high school students in subjects including English, Spanish, math, science, and general study skill sets and executive functioning tools. Since then, I have expanded into formal academic tutoring with individualized lesson planning and one-on-one instruction tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. In addition to subject tutoring, I draw on my two years’ experience on VUSM’s Admissions Committee as I provide guidance on high school and college applications, including personal statements and essays.
