Lauren Solecki

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Lauren Solecki is now living in Nashville as a Student at Vanderbilt University. She is double majoring in Anthropology and Medicine, Health, & Society Student studying bio-cultural foundations in health, genetics, forensics, and ethics. Lauren will be receiving a bachelor’s of science upon graduation in 2025 and hopes to continue studying forensic anthropology at graduate school and/or pursue health law. Lauren has experience as a test-prep tutor for the ACT and SAT, and her favorite subject to tutor is math. She loves that students have the opportunity and resources at Granite to build confidence in standardized test taking and alleviate the stress of college admissions. Outside of school, Lauren works as an undergraduate researcher at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she researches the biophysical composition of protein complexes in stomach bacteria. In her free time, Lauren loves to read anything and everything fiction and enjoys puzzles, games, and crafting. She also loves the outdoors and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
